Live service and gameplay support
For server availability, connection help, bug reports, and gameplay questions, use the support and server-status channels in the official ZOMBURG Discord.
When reporting a problem, include:
- what you expected to happen;
- what happened instead;
- the approximate date and time;
- your GTA V Enhanced and FiveM build information;
- screenshots, video, or the exact error message;
- steps that reliably reproduce the problem.
Do not post passwords, access tokens, payment details, recovery codes, or other sensitive information in a public channel.
Account, privacy, and website questions
Email contact@zomburg.com for account administration, privacy requests, partnership inquiries, or website issues. Privacy requests should describe the account or email involved and the right you want to exercise, without including passwords or authentication secrets.
